Join us as Envoi hosts an initial certification course on Saturday, December 2nd and Saturday, December 9th from 9:00-5:00.
We'll be delving into initial certification for Professional Crisis Managment for Practitioner and Practitioner 1.
You will learn both non-physical, de-escalation strategies as well as physical strategies that includes personal safety. Â Please come in comfortable clothing and your sneakers.
