Managing Partner, Co-Founder, BCBA
Allison "Alli" Guzzo, co-founder of Prisma Dimensions Group, holds a BCBA certification from the BACB and serves as a professional crisis management instructor for PCMA. With a bachelor's degree in linguistics and a minor in Jewish and Middle Eastern studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a master's in education in behavior analysis from the University of Cincinnati, Alli brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her career has been shaped by early experiences in special education and behavior therapy, leading to diverse fieldwork in homes, clinics, and community settings, where she focused on serving individuals with special needs. Currently, Alli's responsibilities at Prisma include providing training, consulting on operational efficiency and performance management, and facilitating client connections. She contributes to organizational success by streamlining processes and supporting her co-founders' projects. Alli has achieved significant milestones in her career, progressing from roles as a BCBA to director of operations, thanks to guidance from mentors turned business partners. Committed to continuous learning, she aims to further Prisma's success and provide support for others in the field.
