MEET THE FOUNDERS | PRACTITIONER-OWNED | COLORADO & TEXAS

Fifty years of combined experience.

COURTNEY. KATIE. ALLISON. JESS.

Our team combines more than 50 years of experience across Colorado's HCBS system, youth ABA services in Texas, and behavioral health operations more broadly. As BCBAs and BCaBAs who have operated, managed, supervised, and consulted with organizations at every stage, we understand both the regulatory requirements and the day-to-day realities of building sustainable provider organizations.

Our goal isn't simply to help organizations get approved, get compliant, or check a box. It's to help them build systems that continue supporting high-quality services long after we're done.

Courtney Padelsky, M.S., BCaBA

(She/Her) | Managing Partner

Courtney combines backgrounds in behavior analysis, organizational development, and human resources to help organizations build ethical, sustainable systems for both the people they serve and the teams providing those services.

Her path into this work started at overnight summer camps for youth and adults with disabilities, an experience that turned into a career built entirely around helping others navigate systems that weren't built for them. Today, she specializes in untangling operational challenges and designing systems that make work easier for real people, drawing on organizational behavior management, project management, and behavior analysis. She's especially proud of helping solo practitioners become employers, building the handbooks, onboarding, and compliance infrastructure that lets them grow without losing what made them good at the work in the first place.

When she's not working, you'll find Courtney tending her ever-growing houseplant collection, working a puzzle, or spending time with her wife, family, and their mastiff mix, Gertie.

Katie White, M.Ed., BCBA

(She/Her) | Managing Partner

Katie is a business strategist, executive leader, and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. As a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prisma Dimensions Group, she pairs clinical expertise with operational leadership to help organizations launch, scale, and build sustainable foundations.

Katie began as an early elementary educator who wanted more time to support the whole student and their family. When she discovered ABA, she saw how much operational systems and company culture shape the quality of care a family receives. That led her into clinical leadership, then into running organizations. She believes clinicians should drive clinical systems and has worked in every role Prisma hires for.

She has guided startup ABA agencies through their first 12 to 18 months and brings experience in growth and expansion, staff mentorship, and caregiver training. Her mission is to help leaders build resilient, people-centered organizations where exceptional service stays at the center of every decision.

Outside of work, you’ll find Katie chasing her kids around a park, roller skating, experimenting in the kitchen, planning her next hiking trip, or curled up in a hammock with a good book and a cup of coffee.

Allison Guzzo, M.Ed., BCBA

(She/Her) | Managing Partner

Allison is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prisma Dimensions Group, combining behavior analysis, clinical leadership, quality assurance, compliance, and operations to help provider organizations build systems that support high-quality services and sustainable growth.

She specializes in strengthening clinical infrastructure, building quality assurance and audit systems, and navigating the compliance requirements tied to Medicaid and insurance-funded services, grounded in the belief that compliance should be practical and sustainable, not an administrative burden on the people implementing it.

As program director of ASPEN by Prisma, Allison focuses on the unique challenges of delivering ABA services to adults, connecting providers and supporting organizations navigating Medicaid waiver requirements. She is also a Certified Professional Crisis Management Instructor.

Known for her direct, practical approach, Allison enjoys digging into complicated systems and finding the gaps others overlook, whether she is conducting an audit, preparing an organization for regulatory review, or working through a messy operational problem.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, making homemade pasta, getting lost in a good book, and working on a puzzle.
