ADULT BEHAVIORAL SERVICES & SUPPORTS | COLORADO | PRACTITIONER NETWORK
Qualified providers. Underserved population.
We built the bridge.
PEER COMMUNITY. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT.
PROFESSIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE.

ASPEN by Prisma is more than a referral network.
ASPEN by Prisma is a Colorado-based practitioner network that connects experienced behavioral health providers with adults receiving Medicaid-funded services through the DD Waiver, SLS Waiver, and EPSDT programs. ASPEN is the new name for AASPN, the same network, broadened to reflect the full range of providers and services we support.
Rather than building an independent adult waiver practice entirely on your own, ASPEN provides the infrastructure, support, and professional community to help providers focus on what they do best, delivering quality, person-centered services.
Providers participate as independent contractors, maintaining their professional independence while receiving the administrative support and community infrastructure that makes serving this population sustainable.
A network of providers who believe adults with I/DD deserve better.
ASPEN by Prisma is designed for experienced independent behavioral health providers who want to serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Colorado. This includes:
BCBAs and BCaBAs providing or expanding adult Medicaid waiver behavior services.
Licensed professionals - including LPCs, LCSWs, and other eligible providers with relevant experience - working in behavioral health with the I/DD population.
Small provider agencies interested in participating in a collaborative network rather than navigating the administrative complexity alone.
We built ASPEN because the gap was real.
Adults with I/DD in Colorado deserve consistent access to experienced, qualified behavioral health providers. But for too long, the administrative and systemic barriers to serving this population have kept qualified practitioners on the sidelines.
ASPEN by Prisma exists to change that. By providing the infrastructure, support, and community that independent providers need, we make it possible for more qualified practitioners to do the work they trained to do - and for more adults with I/DD to access the services they deserve.

The infrastructure you need.
The community you've been looking for.
