What is Professional Crisis Management?
Professional Crisis Management equips teams with practical, relationship-centered skills for preventing and responding to behavioral crises. PCM prioritizes safety, dignity, and the least restrictive response - because how a team responds in a crisis matters as much as whether they respond.
Training covers prevention, de-escalation, crisis intervention, and reintegration for high-risk behavioral situations. Participants who pass receive certification.

Participants who successfully complete PCM training and pass the required assessments receive certification. PDG offers multiple certification levels depending on the scope and hours of training - from foundational competency to advanced practitioner levels.
